I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tableau Software (Singapur) in Jul 2015
Interview
Sent CV to recruiter via Linkedin to the recruiter. I got a reply within 5 days asking to arrange a phone interview. Started off with some very basic questions but the recruiter asked how would I feel that the organisation does not offer a relocation package. At this point it threw me off and I don't know how they would expect me to hit the ground running without any support. The interview ended saying they will be in touch but never heard from the recruiter again.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tableau Software
Interview
Friendly, professional and provided feedback.
1. Round 1 - via Google meet - friendly and engaging with HM
2. Round 2 - via Google meet - with 2 interviewers with two RC’s
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tableau Software (Washington, DC) in May 2019
Interview
I first applied to the role via Linkedin and then went ahead a filled out an application on Tableau's site. I was contacted within the next 24-48 hours with their interest in setting me up an initial phone screen. After about a close to 45 minute call I was told that I would hear back about next steps. The next day my availability was requested and we were able to get an onsite interview set up for the following week. I came into the DC office and met with the onsite recruiter and then spoke with 4 other individuals over a video call that worked out of Austin and/or Seattle. I received feedback fairly quickly and accepted the position upon offer.

Question 1
What is your general Recruiting/Coordinating experience?
Only did phone screen - fine experience but it took months for them to respond and tell me that I hadn't been chosen to move forward in the interview process which was frustrating!
