The recruiter used an email address that didn't support reply function, also no other contact details were provided. I had to search on LinkedIn for her colleagues to contact her and also WhatsApp CS for help. This is indeed unprofessional. Secondly during 1st round I explained the reasons why that I have been away from a full time job for some time, she put me through to 2nd round. During 2nd round so many questions were asked and after a few days I got the reply with the reason that the panel is concerned about the time gap so they wouldn't go ahead. I was shocked that as a big international brand, managers are not having an open mind that not focusing on what I may contribute at present/in future but only worry about the past which I can't change anyway. Also they should have known it before the 2nd round so what was the purpose to arrange the long talk that only wasted both's time.
