Interview
A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen with me. I’m currently working at a local Microsoft Partner company and sell professional software services to enterprise organizations. I spent a good 45 minutes answering her questions and trying to help her understand what technology consulting and professional services were, as she had no clue. At one point in the interview I had mentioned we specialize in the “Microsoft stack” of technologies. She had no clue. We didnt even get to the portion where she tells me about the job. She called me back later that day and told me they are looking for someone with more experience. Sounds to me like they are hiring jr. people, beware.

Interview
Intense. Fast. If you are fortunate enough to be invited to interview, know that you are being seriously considered. However, it's not a shoe-in. Be prepared to give a great product demo. Critical to communicate the product VALUE and know the features. Everybody is nervous about the demo, stay calm and upbeat.
