Interview
I had an initial interview with Talent Acquisition. Standard first interview. Was told that they get back to me in a week regardless of the outcome. Two weeks later, I sent a follow up email that was not answered. I checked my profile to find out that I was no longer in consideration for the role. After all the positive things I had read about Takeda, I expected more from them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Zürich) in Aug 2019
Interview
I got two interviews (HR + hiring managers ) for two different positions. I noticed that their official JDs in Word format leave the management level field blank , maybe for the applicants not to guess the wages .
After the itw, one HR gave me news in a very professional way, the second HR even never replied back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Lexington, MA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process was very organized from start to finish. They arranged all of the travel for me and sent an agenda with interviewer list ahead of time so it helped me research their background. At the end of each interview, everyone gave me a gracious thank you. Everyone seemed invested in finding the right member for their team. I was very happy with the experience. I also had to do a group presentation but everyone was supportive and interested in the topic so I felt comfortable in what I was presenting.
