Interview with manager for 30 min. Was laid back and had opportunity to ask about product in depth. Second interview with existing product manager, was more technical. Overall the interview was not hard but the role itself was not interesting or described in an interesting way, seemed like the role was opened up for someone to do the grunt work while the existing PM got to work on the newer, interesting projects.

What why and how format about the role was followed
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in May 2020
Interview
I worked with a recruiter when I applied for the role. I interviewed with four people remotely due to the pandemic. Each interview was about 30 minutes and was conversational and straightforward regarding my previous experiences and fit. After the interview, I followed up with my recruiter with questions and to discuss compensation package. My recruiter relayed the information and it was reflected in the offer that I received and accepted. Overall, the process was smooth and positive.
