The TCS System Engineer interview process usually has three main stages: Online Test – Aptitude, reasoning, verbal, and sometimes coding/technical basics. Technical Interview – Focus on programming, DBMS, OS, networking, and project discussion, along with system knowledge like Linux/Unix basics. HR/Managerial Round – Questions on strengths, weaknesses, relocation, teamwork, and why TCS, with a few light technical cross-questions. It’s mostly about testing fundamentals, problem-solving, and how well you fit into TCS culture.

The interview consisted on 3 rounds. All included technical questions from resume. Just study your resume well and be ready for behavioural questions. They would also ask some basic implementation on what your work was done and how did you implement that
