Interview
The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, consisting of four distinct phases designed to assess both technical competence and cultural fit. The entire process, from initial application to final offer, took approximately three weeks.
Phase 1: Initial Screening (30 minutes): This was a phone call with the HR Recruiter. It covered basic qualifications, salary expectations, an overview of the role, and my interest in the company's mission.
Phase 2: Technical Deep Dive (60 minutes): This round was conducted via video conference with two Senior Developers. It involved a mix of behavioral questions related to past project challenges and a live coding exercise focused on algorithm design and problem-solving relevant to the team's work.
Phase 3: Stakeholder/Manager Review (45 minutes): This was a conversation with the Hiring Manager and a cross-functional teammate (from the Product team). The focus shifted to communication style, project management experience, and how I handle feedback and collaborate across different departments.
Phase 4: Final Executive Review (30 minutes): A brief, high-level chat with the Department Head to confirm alignment with the team's long-term vision and to ensure cultural compatibility with the company's core values.
The recruiters provided clear instructions and timely updates after each round, making the overall experience highly professional and respectful of my time.

Video Screening followed by the aptitude test.Aptitude is a mid range test.Email response is bit later..and after interview we need to followup many times to see the results..I waited almost 1month

the interview process was smooth experience overall and the process was well explained in the 1st round of interview. the 1st round focused more on the general fit for the job role and the question answer were more focused on the software developement experience and what technical stack was used.
