Initial Communication - Company's associates (Team Lead or Project Lead) will call and ask for a good time for interview.
Interview - Ice breaking question will be asked first. Something like your work experience and educational background. These question will set the flow of the interview. Better have consistent flow in these question related to the post your are applying for.
After that, question will related the core competency of the post applying for ( such as Java, PL/SQL, .NET, Mainframe, PERL or any BI Tools)
In my case, it was PL/SQL. They start with simple questions and query. Such as different types joins,, question related to Cursor, Trigger, procedures handlers.
Then they moved to scenario based question. Here they test your experience in writing complex query.
It wont be simple and you will face hard time if you are not adept in interpreting complex scenario based query.
