The interview process at TCS was well-structured and focused on both technical and behavioral aspects. The technical round covered core topics like data structures, algorithms, OOP principles, and some language-specific questions (Java, Python, etc., depending on your skill set). There were also problem-solving questions that tested logical thinking and coding abilities.
The HR round was more about understanding my fit for the company, discussing my past experiences, teamwork, and communication skills. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience. The interviewers were friendly and helpful, making it a comfortable process.
