Interview
There are at least 3 interviews. One with HR, one with the account Project Leader, and another with the customer, to approve the profile. It mostly depedens if the candidate is being screened for one or more positions, In that case, he can go through interviews with PLs or technical leads, depending on the position, from different accounts. Sometimes the customer itself performs more than one interview. The interview process varies from account to account. The same candidate can be intreviewed from several PLs on the same account, if presented for different positions in the same account. The last step is the customer approval, that confirms the entry or not.

Interview
All telephone interviews. First call with recruiter. Second two phone interviews were with local managers at client site. Difficult to understand since all were Indian with heavy accents. Most questions were around my past experience, and whether I had a certification, which was clearly on my application and resume. Was asked to explain experience highlighted on my LinkedIn profile. After two telephone interviews, I received a call from HR informing me I would receive and offer, and from that time until actual join date was over a month.
