The interview process is good. But don't go through third party it takes more time for interview process after 1st round clear. They don't contact you after you are selected or not. Sometimes you need to contact them for the feedback of interview

HR round Technical discussion is totally based on your applied position and skillsets by one of the senior resources already working on the client for which you are getting interviewed. Managerial discussion is just the salary expectations and some behavioural questions, it was for me just 10-15 mins only. HR discussion, before it you will be shared ibegin portal link where you will have to upload all your documents and then after 10-12 days later you will get a call from the HR. HR round in TCS is pretty much illogical, cause they first take all your rounds and then at the end they are not able to pay you that much which was promised at the time they called you initially. It was a waste of time and would like tata group to take this thing into consideration as at the end of the interview they are playing bad politics with candidates. I wasn't getting my desired expected salary, so obviously I have to drop them.
