First round test through their test site. Easy to moderate. Normal aptitude and English test. Need to know basic programming and computer science concepts high level is enough. Interview procedure was easy and simple. They asked only basic questions and interests.

Interview

Phone call then email then face to face. It was on a Saturday and the place was the HQ of TATA in Dallas TX. The interview was not easy at the beginning but people are nice.

Joined in India, Had multiple rounds of interview. Current process is much more streamlined and focused. Was on the hiring panel for many applicants , usually had a technical round done by senior technical resource and followed by management round of interview
