I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services
Interview
I had an on campus interview. Since my GPA was above their required minimum I went directly to the interview. There was a panel of 4 people. 3 developers and 1 from HR. They asked a few technical and a few general questions. The technical questions were very easy. They asked basic questions like for loop. The HR questions were mainly to see whether I could work in a team and whether or not I would be willing to relocate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services
Interview
Fairly typical interview. The standard stuff along with a few very simple programming questions. Probably one of the easier interviews I have encountered. If you have ever had an interview before than this one will be cake. Interview took place on campus and lasted roughly 30 minutes. They are basically want to know that you actually learned something about programming during your time in college.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services in Feb 2015
Interview
Came to college career fair, was setting up interviews for the following day on campus. They said about 2 weeks to hear back. I got a call a week later offering me a job and saying that I would have 2 weeks to accept the job offer that would be emailed to me. The job offer took a week to be emailed to me and they only gave me a week to accept or decline. They did not mention that the 2 week time period started from the phone call offer. I had almost no time to review the benefits or the policies for the company. The offer was also very middle of the road. Not a bad offer just not enough to stand out.
