A written aptitude test(email writing, quants, verbal ability); mailed whether cleared the first round then after two weeks or so called for interview- three rounds (managerial, technical and hr) of average difficulty. The managerial included situation-reaction questions. For some, managerial and technical were merged.

One behavioral interview followed by a technical interview. Both over the phone. The technical interviewer quizzed me on skills I had mentioned in my resume (Java and SQL). Study OO and SQL basics.
