After applying on the website, You get an email asking you to take a 10 minutes test. After successfully passing the test, you get an invite to write an on-site assessment. The probability of getting the Job after passing the on-site assessment is high.

The first stage of the interview is usually physical, and you are expected to come with several means of identification the do an assessment, more like technical and IELT assessment.

Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.
