Not a profesional one. They just need anybody that does not know the company ando therefor is willing to wok there. Worst work environment i have ever experience. Don't work there
Very useful and easy To handle . Few proceses during the interview and short questions about the background and experiences . During the interview there are some technical leaders , subject matter experts who are in charge of delivering a combination of questions about the Knowledge of the product and environments
