TeKnowledge interview questions

Process was not direct but sloppy. Had an interview with Costa Rica rep on the phone and was told to proceed to in person interview. When at the site I never had the second interview but they made me take a test on programming and other competencies not related to a help desk. Then was told not to move on to the in person interview.

It started with a technical test ,then use of English and I was transfered to the next level only for the interviewer to say I took over the group work,it was surprising I felt group work is suppose to be more interactive where everybody could contribute.
