Initially, there was a screening process which consisted of an aptitude test. Basic knowledge of Mathematics and English is required. The questions are fairly easy and according to me, speed and agility of solving the problems are most important. After the screening process, there would be a technical interview. Mostly students were told to solve some puzzles. In my case, 3 puzzles were given. More than the solution, the approach is of utmost importance. Basically, they'll judge your approach. Now, the students who have fared well in the technical interview would be selected for the HR interview. Herein, your hobbies, interests, extra-curricular activities etc. would come in handy. Moreover, the HR would try to confuse you by asking you various conflicting questions. One has to calmly hold their own. Calmness is the key here but being tongue-tied is also not advisable. After the HR round, the results would be intimated to you later.
