Those who pass the technical interview move on to the HR interview round for the Mahindra recruitment process. Here, the focus is on assessing a candidate’s soft skills, personality, communication, and cultural fit with the organisation. In the Tech Mahindra recruitment process, freshers expect questions about your career goals, strengths, weaknesses, and why you want to work at Tech Mahindra.
The interview lasted for just 10 mins with basic questions from python (as it was the programming language I mentioned in my resume)and some HR based questions like hobbies , strength and weakness.
