Tech Mahindra Aassociate Software Engineer interview questions

Technical interview was easy just 5 mins asked only what was there in my resume then we were asked to wait for 30mins then submit few documents later announced results. It took whole day to complete the process but the sadest part is even after getting selected they dint send offer letter because of covid how fair is this to do like this
