Tech Mahindra Associate Customer Service interview questions

Interview was swift with one communication round and one HR round. Then next day there was a typing test also. There was no technical round as it was a non technical support over call. Overall it was a great Interview experience for a Customer support Associate job.

it was a 4 round virtual process 1st round telephonic,2nd chat mock test. 3 rd round again a moc test and 4th round HR interview. The question asked were very easy to answer and there was not much difficulty. But unfortunately I had to reject such a great offer because of my health issue surfaced at that same time.
