Total 3 Round. Aptitude, Technical F2F, HR. Aptitude round was main elimination Round. 80% people rejected on that. Technical round was good. asked a lot from Java , DBMS. HR round was just a formal round. Out of nearly 700 people 34 got selected.

I went for an interview with Tech M as a fresher in college campus. Interview process had 4 rounds : 1. Logical reasoning : It is the first step and a common one . however for Tech M its a speed test of covering 120 questions in 60 minutes 2. Written test : Its a test to evaluate business communication. its written. 3. Technical round : This is a F2F round completely technical and detailed. 4.HR round : We had GD and personal F2F where they tested communication strength . Overall its a good process.
