Tech Mahindra Associate Software Engineer interview questions

The initial calls to attend the interview came from the college and pretty much everyone was eligible. They asked for 70+ in 10th and 12 and 60+ in Bachelor's. The first round was straight forward. Objective questions in Quantitative, Analytical and Verbal. The second round consists of a fun exercise where you have to write a story, given a picture (Not sure how that fits in at a tech job). The technical round had basic C questions, not out of the blue and they just want to check if you're not super dumb here, is my guess. The HR round is final and they ask you if you're comfortable working night shifts and moving to another city. _______________________________ Here's the funny part, a month after this, you get emails saying you've been selected and that the on boarding process should begin in a month's time. I don't know if it's the US H1B situation or the tech slowdown a lot of people have been talking about in India, but almost 10 months later, I and everyone who got selected that day still have no call letter.

Whole process comprises of the following rounds: 1)Aptitude test: Basic aptitude question which can be easily cleared if the basics are strong. 2)Technical Interview Easy enough if you are comfortable in basic programming and the final year project 3)HR Interview Just formality focus is on your communication skills.
