Tech Mahindra Associate Software Engineer interview questions

There are 3 rounds. 1. Onlline Test It is easy to moderate. There is sectional cut-off. So Time Management is important. 75 que in 50 min. 2. Essay Writing Need to write an essay about the given topic. It should contain 150-200 words Time given is 15 min. 3. Technical Interview asks about your core subjects. I am from cse so he asked me about java,c,sql. 4. Hr This is just a formality round. you are almost through if you get to this round.

There were four rounds each being a eliminating one 1. Online aptitude test 2. Article writing based on the picture provided on the screen 3. Technical 4. HR There were total of 1500 student out of which around 500 were shorlisted and again after second round only 80 were shortlisted.so the first two round is basically a mass elimination round. I must tell you that rest of rounds are also not that easy.There are people who mention that the rest two are just like cakewalks but it is not at all like that, you ought to have a good knowledge in basics of programming and also in your domain. Then there comes the HR round where if you are good with your communication skills you are in.
