Tech Mahindra Associate Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process had 5 rounds(actually 6rounds) and each round is considered as elimination round. The first round is aptitude round which consist of 25 questions and an essay writing session. I was asked to write an essay about Pollution. After successfully clearing the aptitude round, Technical and Psychometric Test happened, which is more or less a coding round where I was given 2 questions with simple to medium level difficulty. The third round is a communication round to test our listening and speaking skills with questions like read the sentence displayed in screen, memorize and repeat the given sentence, fill in the blanks by pronouncing correct word likewise. Fourth round is Technical HR Round and the HR asked questions in my comfort programming language JAVA. All the questions are from repeated techm interview questions available in InterviewBit website. The final round happened two times as plagiarism detected in the first time. This round is simple, the HR explained about the package and bond details. And finally received mail that I got selected.

There were 3 rounds of interview process Starting with aptitude, technical and final one on one It was pretty simple and minimal The results were given at the moment but the final call to join the company took almost 2 months
