1.Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story, ConversationalTest. 2.Technical & Psychometric Test 3.Conversational Test 4.Technical Interview 5.HR Interview Candidates with good academic performance as well as performance in above selection process (except HR round) will become eligible for the Supercoder cadre selection. Eligible candidates to undergo Supercoder test. Associates clearing the Supercoder Test will be tagged as Supercoders.

I joined as a fresher, there are 3 round of interview process. 1st round is Online test 2nd round is technical test 3rd is HR then i got the offer letter within a week.
