Tech Mahindra Interview Process consists of the following stages: 1. An online multiple-choice Exam(English, Quant, reasoning) 2. Image-based paragraph/Story writing with some word limit and time limit of around 10-15 mins. 3. Technical Interview 4. HR Interview. Every interview stage is an elimination round, so prepare well.

The Interview process involved three rounds. The first one was aptitude and English proficiency. The Second was Technical Interview and Third was HR round which was like a friendly conversation between an matured and fresher.
