No structured interview process. Everything is chaos. It is telephonic interview which you can attend at the luxury of your home but they want you to come to their office to attend over phone.

Horrible. I recieved mail saying interview is scheduled but, when I reached the venue I was shocked to know it was a walk in. Do they know the meaning of scheduled interview. We do not have whole time in world to go and wait for them. They just spoke to me for a min and said profile is not suitable. Why in the world did they schedule interview. They schedule interview without even looking at the profile??
