I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Pune) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was an in-campus interview in Pune.
There were four rounds
1. General aptitude test ( verbal, non-verbal, quants etc.)
Around 100-150 students gave the aptitude test and around 10 passed it.
2. Essay writing.
An image was shown on the computer screen. The candidate was supposed to write an essay ( or any story that comes in his/her mind after seeing the image) using the keyboard in 15 minutes.
The main motto of this test is to check the written English of the candidate.
3. Technical round.
Initially, got started with self introduction.
Then basic technical questions from data structures, algorithms etc.
The last round was HR, but I got rejected in the technical interview round.
