HR contacted for determining suitability of candidature. Interviewed by manager and VP. Was given positive feedback during the interview. HR sent email after a week that read as "they do found your communications and leadership as suitable but not for both the role that they are currently looking for them"
interview was conducted but the process was very slow. they would like to take more rounds of interviews and at the end say your package is not in our budget. which can be said at begining

Interview is good ranging from Technical , behavioural and overall aspects.
It was walk in and the panel was good in asking questions ranging from simple to average and then to difficult

Referred through some agency. If you are in search for the most unprofessional company that has business in the US, then look no further. Tech M is a company which throughout my interview process seldom made interviews on time, interviewed me more than 6 times, did not show up for at least two interviews (one was on a weekend!). I had to walkaway from the post after seeing the unprecedented level of inefficiency and unprofessionalism they have. I would be surprised if they continue to have business in the US a few years down the road.
