The process was smooth. There was a HR person to intermediate throughout. First round was telephonic followed by a face to face round. After face to face round they requested for documents followed by discussion on salary.

The second round is more technical on you past skills and projects

For The business analyst role they conduct the following rounds: Resume screening, Aptitude and technical assessment, technical interview, managerial round, HR interview they short list the candidates by checking communication skills, analytical skills, technical skills etc

Intermediate questions were asked regarding domain topic. I joined as experience person so it's only one process. Smooth process of entering the company. Arcgis question geological files and other topic were covered in interview
