There are two tests to shortlist the students in the first test 3 Rounds are there of aptitude first one is Reasoning 2nd is of Quantitative and third is essay writing. After passing first test 2nd test is coding problems 2 coding problems are there on string and array. If you pass this round you will be going to interview.

technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
