Tech Mahindra interview questions

I was gone through all the round and formalities were on the same day. I was asked to send the previous company offer letter, payslip and ID proofs. I sent everything to them. After that i didn't get any response from HR department. I followed her in the Same mail conversation.but she didn't reply. HR process is very worst

They have shortlisted profile and during the interview realised the profile selected doesn't meet the requirements. The effort for preparation and attending...have waisted. Pls make sure ur suits the reuirement
