I gave two rounds of interviews with HR executives. One of whom I believe was the HR head. They explained my job profile for a long time. I was mostly asked if I could be on the phone for a prolonged time as people at techmbs do more than 200 calls a day. They also asked about my experience in the recruitment field.

Interview
I was hired through the campus selection process. The process consisted of three stages: an IQ test, an HR interview and a final technical interview. The IQ test was pretty basic and requires basic math and english skills. The HR interview was also standard with the usual HR questions, you cant really fail that. The final round varies depending on your background. For computer science students, its a bit more technical. For all other streams, the questions are more behavioural. Depends on the mood of the interviewer.
