1st round technical wriiten test, next face to face technical interview, next HR
written test is fully basic question , 25 multiple choice question and 5 descriptive type. more than 100 people attended interview, with more than 2 year experience in embedded field, in 1st round only 30 people selected.

For entry level, 4 rounds
Online aptitude test ( nearly 170 questions consisting of reasoning, quantitative analysis, puzzles and GK, English Grammar). Join CAT coaching and you can easily crack this round for most companies.
GD - between 4 people on any current affairs.
Technical round - final year projects, and internship and basic programming.
HR - Do some study from company website. Past major events and milestones.

Frw months back I have given an interview at TechM for CSA role. It was for Verizon's process. The interview had 4 rounds.
1. JAM Session (Since it was for a voice process),
2. Voice and Accent
3. Technical round of interview (Mostly about OSI reference model, types of network connections and topologies)
4. H.R interview.
