I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra in Sep 2015
Interview
This was a campus interview..and there were four rounds. The first one was aptitude(hardest of all) out of 130 questions you are supposed to score 70% or above to pass in just 80min.This round was conducted online and time management is crucial.
Next round was online passage writing, make sure you use proper grammar. Also, the content should be pretty meaning full otherwise you'll be rejected. (you should type the passage online in 8-10min.)
Next is technical where they ask everything related to your resume, some basic concepts of c++ and sql queries. They might ask you a mind bender puzzle as well.
The final round i. e. HR round is simple... Stay calm and be confident because thats the key to crack it!
Good luck and see you at tech mahindra!

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Pune) in Aug 2014
Interview
First round was the aptitude round. Here they ask all sorts of questions from a variety of different fields such as Mathematics, General Knowledge, Computers, English and Grammar. The second round is the technical round, where they ask you to introduce yourself and then ask a bunch of technical questions related to the field that you are in and the job post that you are applying for. The third round is the HR round, where they once again ask you to introduce yourself, and ask a lot of questions. These questions may or may not be technical. They can ask you anything, such as "Which is your favourite bike?", or "Where do you imagine yourself 10 years from now?". They ask these questions to judge your personality and your character. If you crack the HR round, they ask you to fill up a form and provide all the necessary documents they require.
