it was good technical evaluation the skills needed for the role. it went through phone screening followed by interview by the client involved in programming skills and designing skills. the programming skills round of was good to know whether a senior is hands on.

The HR personnel did not know the call was coming from out of India. She gave me time in IST and always called 1-2 hours before the interview. Two rounds. One technical. 2nd round was supposed to be technical but it turned out was not. It was only discussion about previous work. The interviewer called me after 3 hours of the decided timeand asked me to wait for 5 minutes. He called after another 30 minutes.
