Aptitude Test ,Logical Reasoning, Analytical skills test. If you clear this round you move to the second round i.e Technical. Mostly programming basic skills are checked. Also some general questions about career, hobbies and salary expectations. Finally if you clear the technical round you move to the final HR round where your communication skills are checked. After clearing all three rounds there is 80-90% probability of being selected.

Was just as any regular IT company recruitment.. 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round.. Could not negotiate on the package as the technology which i work on is very important for me to negotiate and mine was Oracle
