1. Technical round 2. Managerial round 3. HR round In tech round it depends on the experience and skills of the interviewer, Manager round will be a formal round to understand R&R, HR round will be tricky, even if have more budget they will not agree easily for the quoted ectc, so don't get convinced easily with the less numbers than in your mind.

Two rounds of interview with Manager and Leader to check candidate's technical skills, domain knowledge and also communication skills. Should have basic skills in term of reporting skills which need MS office skills and analytical skills.
