1) hr round In this round hr ask about tell me about yourself, why customer service is important, what qualities have for this role 2) operational round Same questions as in 1st round and 2 min speak on the topic like women empowerment, importance of education, your hobbies 3) assessment test

Overall interview process was smooth and good. It had three rounds mainly online test, communication test and interview. After that HR interview was scheduled. But the salary package was very low and a 2 year bond.
