Tech Mahindra Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

It took more then a year .. they reached out to me through referral and they had 2 interview over phone that i cleared i guess and then they say they can't hire me directly as i don't have 3 + year of experience so I gave a test with Apti , code and language test .. they didn't came back for a year then they again asked if I am interested or not so really confused what they want and this works there

Two technical rounds and then followed by client round. Once all rounds cleared will be having salary discussion. Once all are set, need to upload all employees history on the portal, after background check hr people will release the offer with the joining date.
