Tech Mahindra Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

1. Initial telephonic round with basic questions on azure, OOPs and SQL Server 2. HR told to send scan copy of all documents(degreee certificate, employeer's letter,reference,etc) 3. Deep technical round Interview was somewhat wierd with no proper response from HR. You don't get confirmation mail once interview is scheduled, although I asked for it. Interview started 30 mins late after reminder to HR.Interviewer were not so friendly.

The interview process was a day long recruitment drive in Mumbai, India. The people on the Interview Panel were experienced and had good knowledge of technologies. The HR who negotiated my salary was quite understanding which gave me the confidence to ultimately choose this company. I will like to bring two good things about the Hiring Team:- 1) They do not believe in extensive negotiation. They have a set compensation which is higher than Industry standard. I was given a flat 40%. No other company was ready to give me after a single round of negotiation. 2) They help candidates in giving them a preferred choice of office location unlike other firms such as TCS. They are understanding and if they have requirements for a particular location, you will get it. I wanted Pune and I got this office location. 3) If interview goes well , you can expect a promise of onsite opportunity as well. They also gave me benefits such as Travel relocation (INR 5000), 10 extra days as I wanted a break and benefits for working in night shifts
