Tech Mahindra interview questions

The interview process lasted for about an hour. The interviewer focused on the content in my resume. I was asked to explain about myself, why I'm interested in the role of an associate SE. Then the interviewer proceeded to ask about my projects and how they could be used in real life scenarios and their optimization. Then I was asked some basic questions on the programming languages, core computer science subjects (OS, DBMS, CN etc). I was also asked to write basic java programs like string reversal and 5 basic sql programs. The interviewer was quite jovial and lighthearted. The overall process was good.

The recruitment process was well-organized and smooth. The HR team was polite, responsive, and guided me clearly through each stage of the process. The interviewers were friendly, respectful, and focused not only on technical knowledge but also on understanding my problem-solving approach and communication skills. They created a comfortable environment that helped ease my nervousness.
