Tech Mahindra interview questions

The interview process typically consists of around four stages. You can expect scenarios such as live coding exercises relevant to the skill set you're applying for, as well as data structures and algorithms (DSA) problems involving common design patterns like the Singleton pattern. In some cases, you may be presented with a script and asked to analyze it and provide a well-reasoned, executable solution. Additionally, there may be discussions focused on architectural design and workflow automation management. Throughout the process, soft skills such as clear communication, logical reasoning, and the ability to explain your thought process—especially when addressing critical questions—will also be carefully evaluated.
