Tech Mahindra interview questions

After the invite from HR i went to the campus on time cleared the security gate and moved on to technical discussion the interviewer was not ready and I have to wait for 40 mins. Finally the discussion started over google hangouts as this is for a different location. The interview was successful and the manager told me that the HR will get back to me to discuss on the CTC part but they never came back. I shoot up a mail to HR to check what's really going on and came to know that as my expectation is in higher bucket they are not processing my CV. Why do you conduct my technical discussion when you know my expectation of CTC in first place.

There were 3 rounds- Aptitude, Technical and HR. The procedure is changed as compared to the last time. The first part of aptitude round included Basic English , aptitude and reasoning skill. In the second round, I was given a picture and I had to write a paragraph (15 minutes were given for this.) In technical, basic programming, data structures, algorithms, questions related to projects and puzzles were asked.
