I was sitting for on campus 1sy was written round having 7 sections apti reasoning and English having sectional cutoffs if u miss 1 section n get full marks in other u r disqualify Results comes as soon as ur test is over Then 2nd written round comes as a english story writing where a picture will be given and u have to write 200 words or 1200 max characters on it which will be checked manually by there delegates After u clear this there will be technical round where very easy question will be asked may or may not from your cv they generally ask the field which they know Some easy simple program and SQL is must for cse kids and simple branch topics Out of 399, 171 cleared the written and from that 130 cleared the technical so they generally disqualify very less ppl Then comes the hr round where there will be 1:5 ratio A hr will be asking few basic questions from his own lappy and will match ur answers written in his lappy That would be almost an non elimination round and out of 130 ,117 got into TechM They don't expect you to be technically good coder or programmer as they work on project which they are not sure of We have to adapt according to the project coming and that will determine the training and work place according to the project assigned to us
