Tech Mahindra interview questions

It was the worst walk-in experience I have ever had. Candidates had to stand in the sun to get an entry. And then after getting to register, they were asked to submit their government ID card in original at the guard room. This this was never pre-informed and also they won't take the responsibility if it is lost. I have never had such a bad experience even as a fresher. More than that there was no one to listen or act on the concern. We are asked to leave if can not submit the ID card at the gate. Disgusting... I left immediately. If you are not cared at the time of hiring, who would bother to once you are actually hired.

There were 4 rounds in the total process. 1. Written ( quant, english,verbal, non verbal) 2. Story writing 3. Tr 4. Hr --> Written was not so tough.. just brush up the basic english and quant.. there were 75 question and 50 minutes. Answer as many as you can because there is no negtive marking. Dont forget to manage time --> who cleared the 1st round were eligible for 2nd round story writing or essay writing. My picture was Industries releasing pollution and hazardous gases into open sky. Im lucky here cleared this round too. --> Every round is eliminating round. So you cannot risk for anything or simply you dont have a second chance. Third round is Hr and as im from cse dept he started with basics and covered all my subjects that i studied in 3 years of btech and any extra if. (Yepp cleared this one too ). --> Final round is Hr .. Nothing to worry if you reached upto here then there are 95% chances that you are getting selected. Small tip keep your english good .. After all the rounds at 8 in the night results were out and COWABUNGA got selected.
