2 technical round basic technical knowledge followed by HR interview. Interview process was simple. They were just checking technical(coding) skill with few logical question and few basic technical question. HR round was telephonic.

I was asked to reach office at 9 am for a scheduled interview. When I reach there I found around 300+ candidates. HR lied to me that it was a scheduled interview. My turn for fist round of face to face came at 2 P. M. then second round at 4 P. M. and HR at 5:30 P. M. in the evening. They don't care about the candidates. Interview was very easy. After clearing all round HR told me that we can't meet your expectations. I told them check my feedback I am good to which he gave a response that he give a damm. He said your package is too high and we can at most offer you the same package. I was pissed off as I wasted my entire day and why you called someone if you can't match his expectation. My salary was clearly mentioned on naukri.com As I wasted my entire day I asked them to roll out offer at same package. Then he said he need to take some approvals to give an offer with salary equal to my current salary. He fooled me for 3 weeks, I called him repeatedly just to expose him. At last he told me that now the position is on hold. I laughed on phone and said to him that please check your pocket before wasting precious time of candidates.
