Tech Mahindra Senior Technical Associate interview questions

Interviewer was technically sound. Only one level of technical interview done. Complete process was done through telephone but from there location.

Interviewer was a strong technical person, he evaluated full of Core Java and looked for any of the new J2EE tchnologies. Its fine if you are good in Java and if you are a quick learner. He checked analytical skills by asking me to write a simple factorial program using recursion and sorting program.
