Tech Mahindra Software Developer interview questions

Process is not good ,they tell me to come at 11 but they take interview at 4pm interview process is not gud,there is no that much technical,aptityde also not that much difficult

Did not seem like an interview for a serious job role. Did not question skill sets required for job, although only basic skills in MS Office was needed. Would have helped if they asked/informed about the skills required to carry out the tasks of my job.
